All the services provided to the Web Wizard to the customers are to adhere the following terms and conditions.

0: Service
Web Wizard has all the right to refuse a service to a customer without any reason.

1: Legal restrictions:
Web wizards services may only be used to lawful purposes and to fit the Sri Lankan laws. If found ilegale Web Wizard administration would suspend the entire account and no refunds would be given.

2: Copyright material:
Customers are prohibited from distributing , storing, and selling copyright material without prior written permission from the copyright owner. Violators account will be terminated and no refunds will be given at any cause.

3: Malicious materials and Viruses:
Customers are prohibited from distributing and storing malicious materials including viruses. Violators account will be terminated and no refunds will be given at any cause.

4: Hacking sites / tools
Sites shouldn’t promote hacking sites and tool. If for educational reasons written permission should be obtained from Web Wizard Administration.

5: Pornography:
Customers are strictly prohibited from storing, displaying and Emailing Pornography through the Web wizard network through any means. Violators’ entire account will be immediately terminated and no refunds will be given at any cause.If any third party personal or persons is affected by this means, Web Wizard would take legal action against the site owner.

6: Design:
Once your web site is designed and as soon as the payments are done the web site belongs and owned by you. But a design credit will appear on the bottom of the site.

7:Outstanding payments (30 days):
Web Wizard will give a 30 day grace period, when failing to make the due payments. Even failed the account will be terminated until settled.

8: Termination of services:
The customer should confirm by a hand written and signed letter addressed to "Head of customer relations manager, Web wizard Sri Lanka". Email, Fax and telephone requests will not be accepted at any circumstances.

9: Another maintained:
Web Wizard will not be responsible to the sites maintained by the customer himself or by a agent appointed by him. Web Wizard will be only responsible to the services provided by Web Wizard Sri Lanka.

10: When the Services Will be Available
We will attempt to provide the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, the services may be unavailable to you. You must recognize and acknowledge that due to the nature of web hosting technology, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided. Sometimes there are equipment malfunctions. At other times we undertake periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other occurrences or the acts of God's.

11: Disproportionate loads placed on the server.
While our shared services are suitable for the bulk of our customers, there comes a time for some websites when they are better suited for a larger plan, which allows for more dedicated CPU and memory resources. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue service to any customer with a website or other hosted data that takes up more than 10% of the server resources and/or 10% of the server's CPU. This means that if your website is found to be utilizing more than 10% of the CPU and memory of the service, we reserve the right to take your site offline. If this becomes necessary, you can either upgrade your hosting package, or request a pro-rated refund of the amounts you have paid in advance for the services. Due to the severity of this, and our ability to act quickly to correct these situations to avoid server issues, we will do everything reasonably feasible to provide you with a warning prior to taking your site offline, but we accept no obligation to do so.

12. Ownership of web space and Doamin name.
The client information on the client login system would be considered as the account original owner. But due to threats such as hackign and other variuos activities if it changes, we would roll back the original information, and the first sigh up owner would be considered as the other owner.

Web Wizard has all the rights to modify the Terms and conditions without prior notification
